Overall Satisfaction with OnPage

We use OnPage to deliver urgent messages to our IT staff. Multiple monitoring systems are configured to use OnPage to send alerts and those alerts ALWAYS get through! Critical system monitoring needs to notify IT at all hours of the day and OnPage has never failed us to get the message through to our staff.
  • We use OnPage for paging staff for critical alerts and for communication between staff
  • Notify individuals of their on call schedule
  • OnPage can send breakthrough alerts to smartphones
  • Management interface isn't completely intuitive
  • The response time of the mobile app is slow and can be frustrating
  • It would be nice to be able to forward alerts to another team or individual
  • OnPage notifies us of critical infrastructure issue via paging cell phones
  • OnPage will notify IT staff of their on call schedule
  • Since using OnPage for the past two years, there has been zero downtime for this product
  • OnPage helps us hit our SLA for incident response times
  • OnPage keeps us ahead of IT issues before users experience them
  • Paging integration with our monitoring systems has allowed us to automate alerts to staff
OnPage makes the notification undeniable with audio alerts and escalation programming. The price differential made our choice easier.

OnPage is well suited for alerting staff with messages that cannot be ignored. Of particular note is the escalation feature to work through a list of contacts if a message isn't handled promptly. The audible alarm is distinct, loud, and enough to wake you in the middle of the night!
