Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We manage our college website and market our programs to prospective students using Optimizely CMS to ensure that all information is up-to-date. Optimizely CMS makes it easy to manage multiple web users that update content on their respective web pages. We use the CMS on a daily basis to push out marketable information and awareness about our college and the different programs we have available to our constituents.

- The positive impact we have on ROI is that we have content that is constantly updated and our constituents are able to rely on our website for information.
- Setting up the approval workflow in Optimizely CMS helps our department manage multiple web users.
We are currently using the Optimizely CMS, but are expecting upgrades to the CMS in the near future. We expect the upgrades will help with enhancements to our website and workflow.
