We use Optimizely to plan our content calendars, create content, and synch between teams. The platform addresses the business problem of not having consistency between teams. In such a large company, it is important for tasks to not get lost between each team that needs to contribute. This platform allows us to assign steps in anyone in the company, communicate effectively and concisely, and track progress.

This platform has significantly improved our ability to manage and re-use assets. Instead of having to ping multiple people to find one datasheet, etc, I can easily search within our "Finished Content" folder for the asset that I need. It also keeps the entire team on time for tasks, allows us to re-assign tasks when people are out of office, and follow-up efficiently without worry of an email getting lost.
