Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Used for HR, payroll. We converted employees from our legacy HR system to PeopleSoft. It helped all employee information be in one system.
  • It's fluid enabled
  • Scaleable
  • Oracle continues to advance the product
  • Two-factor authentication
  • View access audits
  • Only starting to mass data. Would like to see more fields enhanced currently.
  • Positive: Allowed the organisation to be scale-able for the roll-out for mergers and acquisitions
  • Positive: Rolled out open enrollment to all employees
  • Negative: Delivered system audits
Oracle has the rolling 10 year road map. It's continuing to advance the software. You know you'll have a 10 year ROI.
10-year support road-map, and the product is continuing to advance. Application audits need to be improved.
