Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
We are using Pardot across both our sales and service organization. We use it on the sales side for marketing automation and lead nurturing. We use it on the service side to facilitate client processes like contract renewal and onboarding.
Pros
- The implementation process with Pardot was exceptional. The support and education components were outstanding.
- The product features are extremely robust while also being easy to use.
- The integration with Salesforce is probably the most important feature to my organization.
Cons
- The integration with Salesforce as it exists today is very good but I expect that it will get better if they stick to their product development plans.
- Pardot will definitely move the needle on our lead conversion in a substantial way. Not only do we have a lot more data before we speak with our prospects but the nurturing is also extremely impactful.
- On the service side we expect huge benefits from onboarding and contract renewal campaigns.

Ultimately the Salesforce connection/integration, quality of people and feature rich product made the decision relatively easy.
