Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Our organization uses Paychex Flex for payroll, time off accrual management, and we have just opted to use Paychex for health insurance benefits/cobra.

I have not used the reporting
In a previous role, I was an employee that experienced an ADP enterprise rollout that was prolonged and difficult. When I was in a position to research alternatives for payroll for this organization, I reviewed several options including ADP, and found Paychex to offer the most comprehensive, easy-to-implement solutions.

As a small company, we were very interested in a product that would grow with us and would be easy to use, completely secure, with a trusted vendor.
We considered 4 alternatives and narrowed down to two choices. If I had it to do again, I would have shortened the timeframe and limited the search to 3 alternatives. Overall, we found Paychex to be the most complete and robust solution.

Our organization recently migrated to the PEO offering with paychex and receives additional support. The transition went smoothly and we are pleased with the increased level of support.
We recently transitioned from using Paychex just for payroll to their PEO offering and unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding on our side, there was a delay processing the payroll just prior to the transition. When we contacted Paychex, they were prompt and efficient in resolving the matter to the satisfaction of our employees.
