Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Flex for all aspects of the business. The hardest part is to get the employees understand the importance of Flex. When they ask for something I direct them back to Flex.

- features that make it easy for employees to be aware...ie access to employee handbook
- hourly rates to sync with payroll system. We use SpotOn/TeamWork
- efficiency and time savings
- employees that use it find it helpful and they are not bothering us with getting the info
I have not used the reporting - I can't think of any right now but I would like to suggest that having someone from PayChex, maybe our account manager, could set up a learning and get-acquainted with the features and benefits of FLEX. I only know what I know......example this week we will tackle the key reports you should be looking at based on the many users that use FLEX for their business in your category.
none......we use TeamWork/dolce-clock for scheduling. They encourage us to use more of the many things they have to offer but PayCHex is our payroll processing company....
