Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paychex Flex covers all of our payroll and tax-related concerns. Previously, as a small non-profit, these concerns were handled by volunteers. The professionalism of Paychex gives us peace of mind in complicated payroll and detailed tax needs. We have also consulted with Paychex on human resource law changes and support. Their knowledge has been beneficial to our decision-making process.

Paychex Flex Reporting

Positively - The access to reporting has given us increased confidence in decision-making. Prior to our experience with Paychex, we would need inhouse personnel to generate reports. This was often done with a time-lapse and a lack of confidence in the end product. Being able to depend on Paychex for professionalism and accuracy is vital.

Support Rating

When we have questions, we often first use the help section of available topics. Many are included there. If we are not able to find satisfactory answers, we continue to contact a specialist. Over the last three years, our specialists have changed about every six months. Sometimes, we get a timely returned contact; other times, there is a significant delay in response.

Our onboarding was thorough and explained many features that we did not know to ask for, but have been helpful to us. Much of the interface is instinctive. Our team has been able to integrate these features. They have been timesaving and efficient. We appreciate the industry knowledge and expertise.

In our experience with Paychex, payroll adjustments throughout the year and annually are simple and easy to track. Our employees can access their payroll and tax information from any device at their leisure. This cuts down on inhouse engagement and time for supplying the necessary documentation of tax-related items and paystubs.
