Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paycom is used throughout our whole company. We have 6 clinics plus our admin office. All the doctors, nurses, front desk, and managers use this to clock in and out. Paycom's service is user friendly and management friendly. I highly recommend using any and all [of] their provided services. Not only for your payroll needs, but for tax purposes, too. Paycom makes things extremely [easy] to verify payroll and do end of year taxes for our employees. Paycom will track vacation time, PTO, and has a scheduling option as well.

Pros and Cons

Verifying payroll is extremely easy.
Missed punches are easy to fix.
Clocking in and out is very easy.

The schedule feature could be a little easier.

Return on Investment

Paycom does all of the taxes for payroll.
Paycom takes care of all the direct deposit for the employee.
Paycom allows the employee to add direct deposit info themselves.
Paycom allows the employee to make changes to deductions.

Support Rating

Paycom is extremely receptive to any and all suggestions. Paycom staff are willing to help do whatever is needed to fix or help you with any problems. They are always willing to send someone out for any training or explanation of any new or old services that the customer [needs]. You will never be dissatisfied with Paycom.

Usability

Paycom's usability is extremely user-friendly. Any and all features of their payroll process is the easiest I have used. Paycom has several different tiers that will fit your business. Services our company use include but not limited to: payroll, taxes, notifications, application for new employees, updating any employees personal information, and direct deposit.

Likelihood to Recommend

The payroll option is one of easiest user-friendly service[s] I have seen. Paycom also offers an option to get important information out to staff. This can be used for doing any onboarding paperwork, getting important updates out to staff, videos for staff, or any other continuing education and important information needing to be sent out that is time-sensitive. The information is pushed out and will continue to give the staff member notifications when clocking in and out. Once the staff member is late finishing the needed information it will notify that staff member by email. Paycom also has applicant-tracking and new-hire options. This has helped with resumes and new employee info a ton.
