Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom for employee time management, payroll processing, applicant tracking, FMLA, and benefits administration. I love the ability to create customized reports to better support expenses and accrual information. The system is very user friendly which is great for our employees. They use the mobile app to access their HR information and enter punch change requests, or PTO.

Oracle was by far the worst system I have ever worked in. Their frequent updates required numerous hours of auditing to make sure the update did not change an already working function. A lot of the time it did. Their benefit administration was horrible, they could never figure out the deductions correctly. Paycom is so user-friendly and their benefits administration is amazing.

Having a single source of information is amazing and helps everyone from leaders in our organization down to employees be able to access Paycom. Paycom's mobile app has really helped the employees take ownership of their time, they can input change requests or ask for PTO right from their phone. This is great and takes the responsibility for employees' own time versus their managers.
