Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom to do our bi-weekly and monthly commission payrolls. We also use Paycom to administer our benefits, open enrollment processes, and cobra. We currently use Paycom to run back-round checks on employees and new hires.

I love the reports that can be run and generated in Paycom, which can help solve problems, and provide information needed quickly to management and myself.

We have applicant tracking, but have yet to get it up and running, something we are working on for future use.

We selected Paycom because we were making changes to our main operating system, and need a separate payroll service. After being with Paycom for about a year we added the Benefit Administration package, and Back-round check dashboard to our product list. I have been satisfied with the system and products I've used thus far on Paycom.

Paycom is a great system and has done much more than our previous payroll provider. It's great for reports, they have plenty of auto generated reports to select from as well as an advanced report writer to create your own reports. The on-boarding process is nice too, taking the time of setting up a new hire down quite a bit, since they input most of their own information, and we just have review. We use less paper and storage using the self-onboarding process. There is a lot offered, which makes the payroll and HR process much more easier to manage.
Only down fall, which has only been in the last year, is that our dedicated specialist has changed quite a bit, high turn-over. I know many businesses are struggling with this to be fair, and there is always someone to talk to if you have a question, but you may get a different person each time.
