Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We wanted to have time keeping, payroll, and HRM all in one place. Daily use for maintaining employee information, benefits administration, etc.

Pros and Cons

Scheduling and schedule adherence/payroll budgeting.
Employee engagement

Decent learning curve.
Some support staff seem more knowledgeable than others.

Return on Investment

Better payroll budget management
Employee utilization of the app is much better than previous system.
Still waiting to find out on WOTC refunds.

In my opinion, Workday is more costly, more customizable, and is better for larger organizations. We just needed a more plug and play resource that could handle the number of employees we have at a cost that was more managable.

In my opinion, if you need to watch your Payroll budget, Paycom is a good option to go with. Seems to integrate well with most softwares and benefits vendors, but not all.
I think the training videos for new employees are good.
I think the employee self service environment is intuitive for people to learn.

A convenient and easily useable platform that encourages employee engagement.
