Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor on an organizational level. It is easy to manage and easy for employees to access.
  • Ease of use - the program is very user-friendly. It is particularly easy to navigate.
  • Resources readily available - they have lots of online tutorials to help in the day to day battle of questions.
  • Customer service - everyone at Paycor is readily available to answer or help with any questions or issues.
  • Recall - sometimes if you have to leave a message or email about an issue they don't always get back to you as quickly as I would like. This also depends on the rep that is assigned to you.
  • Keeping track of contributions for child support or garnishments is easy. Ease of use for tracking is wonderful.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - The ease of use makes this a time saver. Its straight forward. There's no hunting for information. It's up front and navigable.
Sometimes (depending on the rep) they will not get back with you in a timely manner. The upside is that most anyone on the phone can answer and help with any issues. I shouldn't always have to call though to get a response. However, our rep April is fantastic!
Super easy to navigate and onboard new employees. Finding information you need is a snap. Employees like it too because they have the ability to access their own information.
It is much easier than ADP, especially for actual processing of payrolls. Having to go back and edit is so simple. It allows you to edit with ease before submitting. You can even run reports on a current payroll before hitting submit to verify. Easy easy easy.
I would highly recommend Paycor. I have used other payroll and HR platforms in the past and this one is by far the easiest to use.
