Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is being used across the whole organization. We utilize it for time and attendance, onboarding new hires, HCM, and benefits.
  • The layout is easy to use and manage. The summary page is nice for each employee.
  • I have had two wonderful payroll representatives. I could ask a question at 2am and would get an answer quickly.
  • Integration with other software, such as benefit or time.
  • Having the different departments work better together. It can be difficult to get a straight answer from your time and attendance representative to your human resource representative.
  • Cost – Many times I feel that Paycor nickel and dimes every feature.
  • Time and Demand not connecting 100% with Paycor software. It would be nice to change a manager or a shift and that workflow going through to Time on Demand.
  • The workflow option for status changes has saved time from our paper trails.
  • Integrating Perform has saved time from entering data in twice for HR to payroll changes.
  • TOD upgrade has negatively impacted our ROI. I spend numerous hours auditing time errors due to accrual coding being incorrect.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I am sure the Perform system has saved us time from intergrating, but I am unsure how much. I know that more time could have been saved if TOD would be up to the same speed as Perform.
While they are always upgrading and adding more features, there is room to grow in their integration with TOD.
Paycor overall is visually better than both ADP and Paychex. The reporting offered by Paycor is also more vast than ADP or Paychex.
Paycor is great for small companies that are not international.
