Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for all HR and Payroll needs. With 900 plus employees we rely in the system to accurately record and pay those employees. It houses all of our employees information and allows us to see any information with just a few clicks. Also allows our company to utilize workflows and other products to help our managers with their jobs

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - the different workflows that we have in place have eliminated alot of time from managers as well as upper level approvers to eliminate the emails back and forth on any changes. onboarding and the information that can be added upon new hire has also helped alot in other systems as well as we have some information that flows to additional pieces.
the usability of the system is very easy. The look of paycor is a very user friendly and most of our employees find it easy to navigate their way thru things. There are some things that are labeled differently now that can cause some confusion on where it went to
we were already using Paycor and there were some features with payroll that made it a bit more complicated to see the payroll as well as review it.
We have a fairly basic pay structure as most of our employees are a salary type position. The payroll allows us to still manage who and what is being paid and allows us to be hands on with any changes we need to make. If employers have a more complexed pay structure it might be more complicated in the set up process or the pay to make sure everything is done correctly.
