Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Currently, we have time management and benefits as our main functions. We use the recruiting platform and the performance dashboard. We are working to get our group to use the product more - actually using the 1:1 features and goals/objectives. We are looking to build a little curriculum for leadership with some of the learning in Paycor.
- Create / purchase new features and functionality
- Try to improve
- Customer service and their knowledge
- Vetting their new products and features just a bit more before they set them loose on their users and have us find all the bugs, sometimes sticking us with having to manage things like 1200 people's time off accruals by hand for months.
- They make reporting feel hard. They brought out a new reporting system, and it seems to arbitrarily decide which of our staff it will include or excludes each time I run a report.
- When new add-ons are added, they don't always fully integrate with the base product, resulting in manual adjustments.
- It has freed up some time for HR in payroll and benefits
- Many parts of our system were not built well because we lacked Paycor support during implementation. That means 4 years later, we still cannot pull a decent report and our benefits system still doesn't work correctly.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We haven't realized the savings in time because we have more than doubled in that time, so are spending more time on it for that reason.
