Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Used Paylocity for four years. Implemented their time and attendence tracking. The problems they solved were many of three shortfalls of their largest competition. Poor support, clunky software, and extended wait times

After switching to an spreadsheet driven process for service time management we implemented time sheet entry and improved accuracy of paying our hourly employees, and allowed me to focus on other financial duties. Their support was handled in seconds/minutes unlike the other initial payroll provider which was in quarter minutes/hours and allowed me to not "waste" time waiting for someone to pick up.
Employee satisfaction was achieved by the ease of reporting time, booking time off, and consistently getting paid.
Paylocity's ease of use, support, and tax work, puts it miles ahead of the competition. Plus their work getting the PPP/COVID prepared and reported on was needed during the pandemic.
Everyone I talked to on the support team, was able to answer, and if they were not, they were able to find the answer we were looking for.
