Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
At our organization we use Paylocity as our HRIS. We currently use it for payroll processing, timekeeping, onboarding, and recruiting. Before Paylocity, we managed everything including payroll in-house. Paylocity really changed our efficiency and improved a lot of time spent on manual work across the organization.

It substantially reduced the time we spent on manual entries and often double recordings into multiple systems. It has also automated several of our processes which has increased overall efficiency in terms of payroll and onboarding experiences.
As of now, we have not leveraged these tools because our employees have access to other tools such as Slack and Survey Monkey. I do see a benefit to utilizing them in the future as it's all in one platform versus having multiple systems.
We appreciate the user friendliness of Paylocity for both administrator users and employees.
