Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Compri uses Paylocity as a payroll system for W2 employees for benefits. We use it to onboard W2 employees to ensure we have all the correct information; we customize the onboarding packets to each of our clients so it is straightforward to know what we need. This allows us to pay all W2 employees efficiently and fix issues quickly.
  • Keeping employee records.
  • Processing payroll smoothly.
  • Organizing benefits.
  • Benefits feeding to insurances.
  • Password reset function not working.
  • Employees not being able to get in after termination.
  • Less expensive for employee to enter their time in to Paylocity.
Payroll is amazing, but we don't use any of the automation due to it being too expensive, and we are small enough not to need them.
We do not use Paylocity's employee engagement tools.

It is great for easily processing payroll and setting up onboarding modules for different clients we have. Paylocity has some feeding issues with benefits.
