Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We needed a total HRIS solution provider. Via a focused RFP process we found our solution partner in Paylocity. Paylocity has taken us through an extensive implementation process over the past six months, which led to a successful rollout.
  • Logic of progressions when working in the system.
  • Updated look and feel of platform.
  • Offers solutions from application to retirement.
  • Workflows are not as advertised.
  • Hand off from implementation to customer service is poor.
  • No FMLA or ADA management solutions in the system.
  • Lots of deflection of Knowledge base for solutions verses one on one connections.
  • Implementation needs to be more robust and hands-on with new clients. Technology is great and should be leveraged, but bringing a 500-person org on the platform would have been better served with robust onsite training and integration meetings.
  • Recruiting has been streamlined and moved from spreadsheet tracking to system tracking. Better integration with Management.
  • Turned on timecards for our organization. This has allowed us to reap immediate cost savings on hours worked.
  • Projected savings in performance review and Learning Management to be determined.
Saving us time in Recruiting and initially some positive in Performance Management. It is still early in our relationship to determine additional impacts.
It's too early to answer. We have only been live for three months, still in our learning curve.
Price Ease of system commitment to a long-term relationship.

Do you think Paylocity delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Paylocity's feature set?

Yes

Did Paylocity live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Paylocity go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Paylocity again?

Yes

Low to medium-sized companies are on track for a bright future. Large 1000-plus organs are not prepared to tackle that successfully. Generally speaking, the implementation process was great, and relationships were created. Customer Service simply becomes a number and someone they will get back to at some point in the future.
