Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Most of the complete HRIS system. It made it seamless to incorporate time and labor, performance, recruiting, and onboarding! We love how easy it is to process payroll, and if there are any issues, customer service reps are great and knowledgeable! We plan to further our use for Expense management as well! It's a great community piece as well!

We have noticed all of these have been key factors in what they are driven to provide. They stand by their product and open to any suggestions and ease of use for their clients! They also provide some other options to be test drivers for new products and experiences which we were able to figure out what would work further with our company set.
Utilized the Rewards and Recognition and increased employee engagement tremendously! Everyone loves the ease of use for recognition among their peers and has increased the number of recognitions among the staff by more than 50%. It has helped have more employees engaged in the monthly employee reward for recognition!
