Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Most of the complete HRIS system. It made it seamless to incorporate time and labor, performance, recruiting, and onboarding! We love how easy it is to process payroll, and if there are any issues, customer service reps are great and knowledgeable! We plan to further our use for Expense management as well!
It's a great community piece as well!

We have noticed all of these have been key factors in what they are driven to provide. They stand by their product and open to any suggestions and ease of use for their clients! They also provide some other options to be test drivers for new products and experiences
We have not used all but looking forward to obtaining some of the additional products provided to utilize in our company
Such a better engagment product and cost effective. They actually care about their customers and what they provide other than our experience with TriNet

The onboarding ease of use in the workflow setups are great! Makes it easy to onboard new employees and add all your documents in one place! Not a step missed! It is difficult to add outside of your state tax entities and you have be very careful, and stay on top of them. The response time is lacking and no one specific dedicated person to your account.
