Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently use Paylocity for our time keeping system. We like the fact that employees have access to the app and can approve their timesheets right on the app and see important pay documents right at their fingertips. We also use this system to communicate information to employees as well as have them sign off on updated documents.
  • The customer service hotline is very friendly and helpful
  • We are able to keep all employee documents in one place
  • The learning center is very helpful
  • It would be nice to have employees information in one place instead of going to HR and Payroll file
  • It would be nice for Time and Labor and HR and Payroll to "talk " to each other sometimes. Like when we upload Job numbers we have to upload them in HR and Payroll then go to time and labor to upload them again as well as the state tax
  • It is easy to reimburse employees
  • Creates a consistent process for pay increases
  • Makes it easier to gather information from reports
These automation tools help save time in when sending out Onboarding packets! It makes it very easy to take a Candidates information straight from the Recruiting module and roll it right into their onboarding. It is nice that all the onboarding forms are found in one place.
We like to use the community to share company wide notices and to do peer recognitions. It is nice that employees themself can go right on and send a shout out to someone on or off their team and the whole company can see it and others can add on comments if they would like.

Paylocity works really well for the employees that have to transfer to different job sites. It makes it very easy for them to clock in out to new locations. Paylocity also makes the onboarding process very easy to launch on the HR side as well as for the employees that are completing it

55 - We use it for payroll , document collection , onboarding process, data collection , performance and learning.
4 - Typically the HR admin is the role that spends the most time in Paylocity but we also have a few other roles like A/P and A/R that have access to Paylocity and they use it often.
