Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our provider for everything HRIS topics related whether that comes to Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting... Basically, anything you can really think of regarding functions to HR. I think Paylocity is what Paylocity is exactly. It's a great platform for future business needing a platform that gives you back what you put in.

I think that these automated core processes really serve as allies to companies like mine because it allows us to focus on other business functions that require attention. One key piece which was mentioned, Payroll, is such an easy and smooth process that other softwares struggle to offer. These methods have really allowed our business to flourish and improve in other areas outside of the HRIS system to build a better company with great reports that allow us to pick and point what directions to go about.
Although I haven't used these tools at their full potential, community really does have a great resource behind it. It allows us to reach out to employees regarding anything needed on our end. For example, we have used Communities to build out notifications for deadlines whether that's Open Enrollment, Certain Agreements.
I think that Paylocity offers better UI (User Interface), better Payroll services and Report pickups. Although employee records and onboarding process all really seem similar, I think Paylocity stands out because of the attention to detail that agents really help us out. I love the feedback and help that Paylocity offers with trainings, service, and satisfaction for companies.
