Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize the product for all HR-related document storage, compensation, payroll, timecard reporting, performance management, total compensation statements, employee onboardings, benefits open enrollment, Data Insights, Surveys, marketplace, and EDI Feeds. Soon, we will be adding Market Pay.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Compensation Management.
  • Offers a great overall package of add on features.
  • Odd glitches here and there that no one can explain the "why".
  • Customer Service is erratic with people being knowledgeable with the system.
  • Sometimes, making custom changes, such as performance management (performance review) is hard.
  • Increased efficiencies - less time to complete because of automation.
  • Better process that are easily understandable by employees.
  • There is too much information in one place for employees and managers to see, instead of utilizing several platforms.
Makes some of our processes easier.
We aren't currently using those features, but we plan on doing so in the near future.
Less complicated and more user-friendly.
