Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for Payroll, expense reports, and recruiting. We are considering putting our performance evaluations into the portal also. We used it for peer to peer recognition, but it didn't gain much traction so we moved that to a different platform with success.
- Integration with Employee Navigator - a big plus for us

- HR portal and the Payroll Portal don't talk with each other very well requiring, in some instances, double entry

Help to streamline some processes. Paylocity offers more than we utilize as we have much of our HRIS processes in Employee Navigator so we don't tap into the onboarding, tracking, vacation tracking, or benefit administration etc. that Paylocity offers.
Not great. Peer recognition wasn't widely adopted but is now with a different vendor. We have used the surveys and that's a nice extra feature that we didn't have before.
Selected primarily because of the Employee Navigator integration and the flexibility this system has. We don't use all the bells and whistles but we certainly can grow into them.
We also like the PEAK training and annual training sessions they offer.
