Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our HR and Payroll needs. It allows us to run reports that help us gauge our business needs, it also helps us with the HR onboarding process which can be cumbersome, but because it is a prepopulated event it makes it so much easier to onboard someone and know that you are checking all the boxes.

I would like to see how we can get more modules to make this is a more robust HR platform not just payroll platform. I would love to use this for job postings, looking at candidates, Benefit tracking, recognition tools as I believe we are not using this product to it full capacity.
I have not seen any of the above items in Paylocity as of yet so I guess I would like to experience all of the above again to see how to make this a more robust product for my employer and employees. Things should be easy not harder and I believe we all need to move to a more online platform for our needs but I again I want to know all available modules to make this work better for our business needs.
I did not select Paylocity, I would like to see more features that are similar to Bamboo as they have a wonderful HR dashboard and platform where you can go to one place to see all your HR metrics, payroll, taxes, benefits, and other items that me as an HR admin need to be able to access quickly.

It's a little more cumbersome than Bamboo when it comes to some of the HR functionality around benefits, being able to utilize it more for an HR data center where I can go and get HR reports, see uploaded information into personnel files and functionality is ok but I see this more as a time and attendance portal and less of an overall system, it would be nice if it had some of the same features and competitors.
