Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for recruiting/ onboarding/ profile employee maintenance and payroll. Paylocity integrates a lot of other software such as Indeed for posting and Assure for Background, NAVIGATOR for onboarding. We post comments visible by all our staff daily, this makes it easy to have a one place stop shop. The customer service is amazing. I use the service all day long.

Once all the parts were put in place, I went from a manual 2 days payroll process to 4 hours - It took 2 months.
Recruiting - from doing PDF files to send all documents and retaining document in Paylocity.
Community is great to communicate with employees, Survey as well.
ADP is a dinosaur and could not integrate anything
Kronos was great for time card - but we use billable hours in CR

Yes

Good- Assist me with uploading the time sheet- was an amazing support.
Bad- The update of the time off policy took several weeks on the back end. It was not set up properly, resulting in employee duplicate pay of benefits.
Good- Reload all my Time off balance - agent took it upon herself to do it manually for me.
