Overall Satisfaction with PaySimple
We use PaySimple to handle all our billing needs, from point of sale to recurring billing. It addresses our issue of taking down monthly payments from our membership clientele.
- Recurring billing keeps it simple for me and my staff.
- Point of sale. Just make products and services and it makes the checkout process simple.
- PaySimple has a high cost for the service and transaction fees.
- The booking service is decent. I wish they had recurring billing and if so, they'd be at 10 stars.
- The ROI is good, it helps save time and management of accounts.
- The only negative is the time it takes to book appointments without recurring appointments.
