Overall Satisfaction with Pega Platform
We use it for inbound and outbound customer decisioning. It is much more customer interaction focused instead of traditional product, segment based tools. Capacity issues still exist for large volume of outbound campaigns.
Pros
- Balance on customer needs and interest of businesses
- Predictive and adaptive models
- Structured technical operating model for BAU users
Cons
- Can improve to more end-user friendly UI
- More simplified menu/intuitive structure of it in the decisioning portal
- The advisors' response time for telephony and mobile have been reduced.
Pega has more customer's recent interaction/lifecycle base.
