Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
We use PowerDMS to manage our accreditation and compliance in all aspects. It is used to manage our policy and procedures, employee training is done through PowerDMS and actual accreditation proofs are contained in PowerDMS.
- Policy approval, management and distribution
- Accreditation management
- Employee training
- Employee training record file management
- It has digitized several paper driven processes. This in turn has reduced our paper use and costs.
- It has freed supervisors from ensuring their employees are training. The joke we use is "supervisors are no longer chasing employees with a VHS tape/DVD and an attendance sheet."
We did not look any others as there were no others compatible with our accreditation process.
