Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our entire company uses Procore at some level. Sharing information and collaborating is now done in one central place using Procore. Prior to Procore our office was using shared network drives for storage and printing documents that needed to be shared by other departments. Our field team seemed to be on an island by themselves. They were not connected to critical information being collected from the office.
- Reliable cloud solution that the entire organization has access to solved a big problem for us.
- Pricing structure, one price for unlimited users is a huge benefit. We no longer worry about using the minimum amount of licenses we can afford. Every person at our company uses Procore at some level.
- Procore replaced a number of products we previously used and did away with the many Excel workbooks we were accustomed to.
- The forecasting feature is very good. Our PM and their team can truly keep track of spending which makes my job as CFO easier when it comes to financial reporting.
- We use the his tool but it is cumbersome.
- Paent Requisitions needs some work to make the user experience more positive.
- Global reporting is good but I still cannot report about all data I desire to get out of Procore across the entire portfolio.
- Using Procore has cut down the number of people it takes to track a project.
- We like having a set budget for using Procore months before annual renewal.
- Having the entire company using one solution has enabled our employees to easily collaborate.
