Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to help with project management as the GC on construction projects. It allows for centralized communication. Having documents readily available or easily accessed saves time and allows for data to be stored properly.
- Procore has great customer service. When issues or questions arise about using the product they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
- Procore allows for a centralized location for communication. This allows for the different groups on a project to view the same information.
- The are currently working on their use of payment applications within Procore. I would like to see the ability to sync more than just the SOV with the pay app.
I have not used the mobile app myself, but I know workers in the field enjoy using the app for punchlist walk throughs.
