Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We utilize all of the program except the bidding modules. It is used across the whole organization.
- Drawings
- Submittals & RFI's
- Committments & Owner Contract
- Inspections & Observations
- They recently changed the Change Management portion of the project that is not as efficient as their original process.
- Would like to have the ability to mark-up specifications in the same manner as the drawings.
- There needs to be standard reports that show all of the components of the program. Example is that we need a report to show commitments and Field Orders since we use that portion of the module.
- A great feature is that you can relate objects together but I have not figured out a way to consolidate the issues in one area.
Yes we have benefited. The training that is available has been a great help in our implementation on job sites. The only unfortunate issue that procore doesn't dominate our market - several subcontractors use other programs from other general contractors and getting buy-in can be difficult.
- I think we are benefiting from having Procore on all of our projects.
- I understand that Procore needs to prioritize synchronization with accounting systems but I really need them to start to focus on Foundation. This is the main drawback for our company.
