Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is used by our project management team and some of our field personnel for the organization of drawings, RFIs and submittals.
  • Organizes RFIs
  • Easily allows Submittals to be sent to GCs or Owners
  • Communicates to the field RFIs and Submittals
  • The cache that ProCore takes up on an iPad is very large and often locks up the iPad due to over use. The only solution currently is to constantly remove your cached files, which on larger projects is problematic when the drawing sets are large and are the only project on your device.
  • Their overlay on drawings could have more features.
  • Combining both the GC's account and the sub's account on a single project so both entities do not have to create the project within their own ProCore account.
Yes we do use this feature to allow the field to look up drawings and documents quickly.
  • There has been some savings relative to paper usage.
  • Efficiency is still an issue due to the fact that not all field users want to use the mobile application for various reasons.
  • It's not used often as subcontractors put some of our projects on ProCore. The time it takes to set them up versus how small they are isn't worth it.
We actually still use all those products in addition to ProCore due to the fact that not one single product offers all the things we need from them.
ProCore is still best used by owners and general contractors (GC), less application for subs due to the cost and fewer features. used.
