Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are a developer who sometimes build out our own projects. We are using Procore as the project management tool for our construction projects and, where helpful, we use it for the development side too.
- Plan management. We love the way it organizes drawings, lets you compare previous versions, and can publish modifications to the drawings.
- I like the document feature when used with Procore sync. It gives us a place to store all relevant product info.
- I like the Procore app. It's very easy to use.
- We would like a Mac version of Procore sync. We have some Mac users and uploading files through Procore is cumbersome
- Wish it had more flexibility for developing custom fields and processes.
- Wish the task feature could mimic other software, such as SalesForce, where tasks can be sent back and forth and have the ball in court feature available for tasks. These would be particularly helpful in the early stages of a project.
I have not really used them much yet. I see the drawings being the most helpful.

- Ensure information is accessible and up to date

- Streamline financial reporting
- Improve forecast accuracy
Drawings and documents are the biggest help.
