Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We manage commercial and residential small-to-large construction projects. We use Procore to maintain a current set of drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
Once we started using Procore, our field electricians felt more confident that they were accessing the most current, accurate information (i.e. drawings).
  • Drawing maintenance
  • Submittal maintenance
  • Daily Field Logs: There are too many fields to click on--cannot just type issues.
  • Spec Sections: It can be difficult to import--and time-consuming.
  • We have saved many hours of creating as-built drawings and errors as we are updating drawings daily.
  • I get very frustrated importing Specification Sections as it is always very time-consuming.
We do not use these. We use OneNote for our field.
We are considered a smaller, family company, but when new prospects come for the interview process they are very impressed with our technology (foremen in the field ALL have iPads with Procore).
ShareFile would freeze in the field and our field personnel would become very frustrated and just stop using the technology. We found iPads sitting in vans just going unused. That is completely different now that we are using Procore. Our foremen all keep their iPads at the ready in the field.
We find the major strength of Procore is drawing maintenance, and updating on a frequent basis is very easy. I find the change order process difficult.
