Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Before Procore we were a mostly paper shop. Using this application we are able to store and share information in a digital format. Managers can view in real time information from the field without constantly asking for updates. Also, anyone can lookup pictures and daily logs without asking others. This allows those numerous inquires to be filled without becoming larger projects.
  • Broad use cases
  • Daily logs
  • Pictures
  • Custom forms
  • App for desktop management
  • GIS usage
  • Videos
  • text to speech
  • Less time tracking down field information
  • Ability to retrive data/pictures
  • Status updates in real time from the field
Outlook tasks is the only plugin we are using currently. This allows us to generate a field task from an email without having to duplicate work. An example would be the customer saying, "we need to add XYZ to the current job". Rather than copying that information into Procore and creating a task we can click a button in Outlook from the email and it creates one automatically. Very handy since many of the changes we get are via email and provides chain of custody.
For field workers it is less stressful because they do not have to maintain a photo album for each site and keep the pictures for years. This offloading of data/work is a positive because they can do their notes and be done with it.
Procore was the only solution we looked at since their sales team contacted us via a "cold call".

Do you think Procore delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Procore's feature set?

Yes

Did Procore live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Procore go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Procore again?

Yes

Procore is well suited when there is an office staff to manage the application, if a company existed without an office staff then the field crews would have to maintain Procore. This could cause more problems than is solves. Otherwise having the ability to pick & choose different modules to suit our use cases is ideal.
