Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Our center uses Quickbase to track clients and appointment information. We also have a second app that is used as a database for our outside reviews of evaluations.

Quickbase is web based and more secure.
We have not had to get any help from our IT department. Building a database has moderate difficulty. Maintaining and making changes is simple.

Quickbase is great to work with.
We have had to add new lines, change or remove lines/words from time to time and it is simple.
Quickbase is secure and we are able to keep track of many aspects of our clients. It is easy to pull reports and search for particular clients. Also it is easy to personalize.
