Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We utilize Quickbooks for our order quotes, sales orders, invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting. There are extra features to Quickbooks that we do not use such as inventory, payroll, etc. It is a great product and pretty much the industry standard. It seems that intui/quickbooks has gotten so famous that they do not pay much attention to service. It is outsourced and the language barrier can be in issue at times. That is if you have 45 mins to an hour to wait to speak to someone.

We have used Quickbooks ever since we started with 2 employees and are still using it with our 20+ employees.
Setup is very easy ...Training you need to do on your own but tons of info out there.
