Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
I use Quickbooks Online Advanced to handle invoicing, payroll, account receivable, mileage tracking, payment method, bank reconciliation, and ledgers.
- Bank integration is top notch. they have 90% of banks and virtual bank on site.
- The payroll system is easy to understand and it calculates and sends a check or direct deposit seamlessly.
- App integration is powerful. I can connect to E-commerce, Venmo, Mailchimp, CRM, and Google products in a few minutes.
- I can allow accountant to connect to my Quickbooks Remotely.
- Cashapp has not been added to the Bank listing
- Unless you buying a premium or Enterprise plan, payroll is a la carte item
- the connection with Lacarate needs some work
- I am able to compare last year cash amount monthly or quarterly.
- I wish CashApp was added.
- App integration has been a game changer for me.
Very easy to set up. they guide you through the whole process.
I am able to get access to my QuickBooks from any mobile device or computer anywhere.
I am a DJ service and audio production. I am able to handle as many jobs as I can make.
- Abrigo ALLL (formerly Sageworks ALLL)
It wasn't as user-friendly and it was not able to handle all my services.
