Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

It is nearly a decade now ever since I started using QuickBooks Online Advanced. In my current organization, QOA help me to automate over 75% of accounting procedures from recurring billing, AP to AR.

Pros

  • Eradicate manual accounting tasks through automation.
  • Import and export of files from a wide array of external applications.
  • Availability of both cloud and on-premise solutions for PC and mobile.
  • Offers online accounting capabilities for all sorts of agencies from SMEs to global enterprise organizations.

Cons

  • The bugs that I used to encounter such as lagging in search and few report and invoice templates were resolved while at my previous organization.
  • Reduce fraud by imposing policies and managing expenses.
  • Require minimal integration since it allocates nearly all accounting tools in one single platform.
  • Automate accounts payable and receivables to save time which improve performance and in-turn productivity.
  • QOA eliminate errors when paying vendors through matching invoices with payables and POs.
QuickBooks Online Advanced was seamless to implement and required zero IT assistance. Although customizing all features took few months, I was able to implement and use it within an hour.
QuickBooks Online Advanced is available as cloud and mobile software which allows teams in my organization to perform various accounting tasks on the go.
Regional housing strategies and energy planning require robust forecasting. QOA enables us to plan, budget, forecast and execute the best strategies in real-time
Unlike QuickBooks Online Advanced, Oracle Cloud ERP required a lot of integrations to fully satisfy us and didn’t offer intuitive mobile-based system.
