Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

I used QuickBooks Pro 2012 version for about 5 years at two previous companies I worked for. I also got certified in QuickBooks by Intuit training in 2012. I found the program to be great for both small and larger size businesses (one of the companies had about 400 employees nationwide, and the other only had 15). QuickBooks has many different features essential to any corporation's financial procedures: quick financial reports, easy-to-navigate home screen, online banking option that makes it easy to make sure the books are always up to date, easy invoicing and PO creation options, various payroll options that allow the company to run their own payroll or outsource it and import it into the system, just to name a few functions of the program. I would definitely recommend it.
  • Online banking
  • Project Management options
  • Financial Reports
  • I would like to see more apps which could connect to the program (such as the clock-in/timesheet app that people out on the field could use to clock in when they are not at the computer).
  • Better project management
  • Cutting costs on payroll outsourcing and allowing it to be managed within the same QuickBook file
I am now in the administrative function, so I no longer need to utilize QuickBooks for my role. However, if I were still using QuickBooks, I would definitely renew and upgrade to the latest version of it.
I would say that QuickBooks is ideal for small to mid-size businesses.
