Our Primavera application was getting error in one of the logs on the EPPM application server. Rimini Street replied with a solution to fix error in a timely manner. The instructions to apply the fix were clear and easy to apply.

There has not been any innovation
Rimini Street offers cheaper support than vendors. However they can be redundant when it is time to upgrade products and you are forced to buy a service package.
