Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RingEX has allowed us to streamline our communications, offer remote/hybrid opportunities to our staff, alleviate the need for desktop phone systems, and allowed us to advance technologically. We are no longer strapped to our desks, we can make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and operate outside of our offices easily with RingEX. Communications on-the-go allows us to expand our marketing and networking, offers us more quality time with our clients and our staff. The option to have RingEX on our laptops as well as download the application to our mobile phones is amazing! Easy to set up, easy to learn, and easy to use. RingEX has been a dream for our company. Customer Support is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The set up phase was very well organized. I would recommend RingEX to anyone looking to upgrade their communications!

Pros and Cons

Offers the option of calls, messaging, and texting all in one place
Allows staff to work off-site enabling hybrid/remote schedules
Ease of set up and use with excellent support
Privacy while using your personal mobile equipment

I'd like to see it ring to just one main line and then hop to the phone tree after three ring no answer
I wish the texting option was online a bit faster, this would alleviate our need to keep using work mobile phones
I think the various training courses could be organized a bit better - it was a bit confusing to figure out the order to take the courses, where to find them, and such

Return on Investment

It has allowed us to be a more mobile staff
We have already seen a bit of cost savings from our previous communication system
This is still new to our company, but I can see where our ROI will be considerable as we continue to use RingEX

Reliability and Availability

We have had no dropped calls, no system resets, no mistaken transfers since switching over to RingEX. With our prior system, we were experiencing a high volume of dropped calls, phones that would reset randomly, calls that would transfer to the wrong extensions, and the customer service experience was very difficult to traverse. The process for setting up RingEX was practically seamless, we felt supported and responded to when we had questions. The service has been amazing and we are very happy that we made the switch!

Unified Communications Solution

The biggest plus I have seen thus far is that we are able to pull recorded calls at will. With our previous system, we had to employ an additional program to record our calls - it was cumbersome and not user friendly, and it did not record every call made/received. It is important for the sales side of our business to be able to access these calls regularly for quality assurance and to provide coaching and ongoing training to our sales staff.

RingEX has worked so well for our company. We are very happy with the results and we are in the very early stages of using RingEX. I love that no one has to feel strapped to their desk to answer calls any longer. I love that we can be hybrid/remote and still make and take calls, send messages to colleagues, and text clients (we are still waiting for the texting option to come online). Overall, RingEX has allowed us to increase efficiency, get out of the office for marketing and networking without missing calls, and opened up more communication options with our clients.
