Increased productivity and reliable service

We are a pretty busy, smaller company. I believe we have been using RingEX for well about 10 years. Naturally, our company has grown and transformed into something entirely new than what we started with. But RingEX has been a part of our growth and has transitioned with us. It's been very reliable. I think that only thing that would inhibit our production would be loss of power or internet. RingEX helps us be available even when we can't be. We have access to voicemail, text, and fax all to our computers. We also are able to host several different lines so that our customers can be put through to the appropriate departments.

I am able to fax or text someone while being on the phone with someone else. It makes it very easy for clear and open communication with our customers. We are always available. So whether we are at our desks (we can get texts/calls/faxes) on our computers or telephones, on our cell phones (we can get calls away from the desk) ON THE GO, or whether we have an emergency at home, we can always get into RingEX and problem solve.
