Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used as our HR management platform. It is being used across our entire organization. In my past firms and roles, HR was generally scattered and not efficient. With Rippling, everything you need is contained on one platform. It's efficient, easy to use, and makes life for everyone involved easier.
  • Benefits elections.
  • PTO management.
  • Payroll management.
  • When a task is due, Rippling sends too many email reminders. Just my opinion.
  • I think it generally takes the hassle of HR tasks off of everyone's plate, and allows us to focus on the bigger picture.
I've never used any platform like Rippling, so I can't say.
Any question or issue I've had, I've received an answer within 24 hours.

As I mentioned before, it's extremely easy to use.
Managing payroll elections, viewing paystubs, and requesting time off are all extremely easy to use. I have not used the reports function. Making benefits elections is extremely easy. One thing I would have liked to have when starting on Rippling was a tutorial about how to use it. Perhaps there was and I missed it, but I feel like there is value in the platform I haven't unlocked yet.
