Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is used across the whole company. We use It for benefits management. It just made open enrollment so freaking easy. We also use It for device management and to support HR.
- Simple interface.
- Integrated modules.
- Is a nexus for several other organizations and applications we use.
- Some of our team members are not super tech-savvy. I'm wondering if the emails that we get reminding us that we need to go into Rippling and complete something or sign something could maybe include a thumbnail so there is a visual of what the dashboard looks like or what the page is where we need to go.
- Using Rippling as a way to manage onboarding and benefits management has probably saved us weeks of effort over the course of the last year.
