Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across our entire organization for PTO, payroll and benefits. It provides a one-stop place for employees and managers to track hours, manage holiday and sick hours, as well as benefits including medical and retirement plans. Having it all under one "roof" streamlines the effort needed to stay on top of these important areas.
  • Reminders to fill out necessary forms in a timely fashion.
  • Reminds us to update devices as necessary.
  • Makes it easy to manage PTO for my direct reports.
  • Regular statement reminding users of unused FSA funds would be nice.
  • The phone app is not easy to navigate and does not appear to provide access to all the admin features available on the standard desktop version.
Rippling is preferable to what we've used in the past, as it serves as a one-stop shop for most, if not all, of our HR needs.
I give Rippling a 10 out of 10 for its clear dashboard and ease of use.

I give Rippling a 9 out of 10 for overall usability. The only reason I dinged it one point is the dramatically lower quality user experience on the phone app.
Rippling is well-suited for ensuring all employees are up to speed on their benefits as well as makes managing PTO and hourly payroll simple and effortless. The fact I can so easily login to one location and manage PTO, payroll, benefits and device management for myself and my team makes my life easier, makes using Rippling a no-brainer for me.
