Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is being used across the whole organization. It addresses: payroll, time off, benefit selection and enrollment, and employee handbook information. I love that it's a single-source of truth when it comes to all of my employee documentation and information. It's clear and easy to use. It's also easy to defer new hires to their Rippling accounts because rather than have to explain any sort of employee document information to them, they have access to all of their information on Rippling.

  • I'd like to see reminders on enrollment for certain plans/closing periods
  • It'd be great if Rippling could give reminders of upcoming federal holidays

We selected Rippling because it had the best reviews/ratings.
It's user-friendly, clear and concise, and informative. I loved how quickly it was to sign up, login, enroll in my benefits, review my benefits, submit my time off requests, see my time off requests that've been approved, and access the employee handbook information. I also loved that when I moved and needed to go in and change my address, it was done effortlessly.

I like that the interface is clean, clear, and easy to use. There aren't a thousand random tabs to click on and get lost in. It's simple and helpful.
It is well-suited for start-ups or companies that need to move quickly and efficiently when onboarding new hires. It's easy to give a new hire their Rippling account and have them navigate and use Rippling on their own - from selecting their insurance coverage, inputting their vacations and time off, and having access to company handbook information.
