Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My experience with Rippling was staying up to date with payroll/commission, monitoring my benefits, managing PTO/leave, and storing my important annual documents (W-2 and other tax information). As an employee Rippling kept everything housed in one place that was easily accessible. I felt like less of a bother having to chase down people in HR to get the documents I need while having immediate access saved me headaches at times throughout the year.

Just going to keep repeating this. It was so simple. Everything is right where you need it to be, and don't even need training to find it easily. Extremely intuitive UI.
As an employee, it was easily the easiest HR software that I have been tasked with using. You can find everything you need and when you need it. Have used 4 others in my career that are needlessly bloated. Can't speak to the use cases of someone managing Rippling for a company or segment of a company, but as an employee, my experience was always fantastic.
